The EMG and EMF teams had the honor of being guest speakers at an event organized for graduating and third-year students of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) program at Bahir Dar University.
Mr. Elias and Ms. Yabesera delivered insightful speeches on the advancements of the LSCM program at the university, addressing queries from the students. Additionally, Mr. Eyob and Ms. Eyerusalem, alumni who graduated last year from the LSCM program, shared their post-graduation experiences. They highlighted the significant impact of the EMF and EMG support, noting that 85% of graduates have successfully secured employment.
The alumni also detailed the benefits they received from the SAfA Ethiopia project and the continued support from EMF and EMG, which has been instrumental in their professional development. Their testimonies provided valuable insights and encouragement to the current graduating and third-year students.
This event underscores the positive outcomes of the SAfA Ethiopia project and the crucial role of EMF and EMG in fostering the success of LSCM students at Bahir Dar University.

Delivery of Professional Seminars Amhara and Oromia region beneficiaries training on Entrepreneurship, LSCM, Job readiness, and Business Communication
Starting from January 23 to March 20, 2023, EMG in collaboration with EMF successfully delivered six rounds of professional seminars, to a total of 181 beneficiaries. The training sessions were conducted in two regions, Amhara and Oromia, with three rounds of seminars in each region.

Elias Melake Foundation (EMF) and the KUHNE Foundation in collaboration with EMG consulting participated in an impressive research conference titled “Enhancing Supply Chain Management in Healthcare and Agriculture: Analyzing Performance, Challenges, and Echelon’s Role” organized by Jimma university on August 28-29, 2023. The event convened experts, researchers, and professionals across disciplines to explore and discuss strategies for improving supply chain management practices. The conference ended positively, inspiring participants to pursue research and collaboration in supply chain management. It catalyzed future efforts and emphasized the importance of logistics for positive change in healthcare and agriculture.

Kühne Foundation, an esteemed international non profit organization and its local partners EMG consulting and EMF have reached on an agreement to support the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Education Program of Mekelle University. On the occassion, Dr. Fana Hagos, the President of Mekelle University, Dr. Andre, the Global Director of Kühne Foundation and Mr. Elias Melake, CEO of EMG Consulting signed MoU that marks the beginning of a successful logistics program at Mekelle University.
